Alan has delivered a wide variety of programmes at all stages of the project life-cycle, delivering success through his focus on desired business outcomes and people in the organisation. Having worked in many sectors of the economy, Alan is able to share best practice cross sector, and his extensive programme and project management exposure results in high value contribution to discussions on all aspects of risk management in projects.
Geoff has spent the last 18 years of his career with Hays, developing his expertise in identifying solutions for clients which go above and beyond the traditional recruitment model. He began his career with Coopers and Lybrand. His experience has included seven years as an Operations Director for Hays, leading large groups of consultants, across multiple teams. The insight to operational issues and line management gained in these roles, is the basis for Geoff’s pragmatic approach to identifying and resolving client issues in this sector. He works in partnership with senior client management to identify the "best fit solution" to their recruitment and project needs, from a wide range of options.
Scott has 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry, and in that time has developed deep knowledge of both client issues and suitable solutions to their particular issues. He provides intelligence on market-place trends to both clients and consultants to enable them to act proactively in their resourcing activity. Scott’s expertise in procurement has been used to address industry conferences, provide articles to the press and media and has presented awards on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
